1) Visit http://crowdcall.me/  

2) click on get started and Registered with your email address

3)just verify your email address

4) now step 1 select call my browser

5)step 2 add recipient if you want to call india use country code "919xxxxxxx51"

6)step 3 click on call now

note:- you need mic for that and after that you will get call on your browser ...click on answer.....than it will connect to other recipient

I have tried this but the only thing is that there is a little delay.You have to wait for sometime after dialling.
